For the past 7 years, we've been helping US companies hire engineers remotely from Latin America and Portugal.
At some point, candidate fraud stopped being a rare edge case and became part of almost every search we ran. Fake profiles, AI tools feeding answers in real time during live interviews, and proxy candidates where someone entirely different from the person you interviewed shows up to do the actual job.

Remote hiring fraud is not going away. The tools candidates use are getting more sophisticated every year and most hiring teams are still catching up. The good news is that most fraud is detectable if you know what to look for.
That's what this library is for. Free to download, free to share, and ready to use on your next search.
