Summary

We’re looking for PHP Developers to join a fast-growing team working on a large-scale payment infrastructure that supports millions of users worldwide. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the UK, with the opportunity to work in a creative, gaming-focused environment alongside product, compliance, and other development teams.

Location: Remote in the UK.
Salary: up to £50k/year.

 

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and enhance the existing payment platform that processes high volumes of transactions.
• Implement new payment methods and improve existing integrations.
• Collaborate closely with other teams like Product and Compliance to deliver new features.
• Write clean, testable code with strong attention to quality.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and help scale the platform.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced PHP Developer (Laravel preferred, but strong Symfony experience is also considered) - at least 5 years of experience with this tech stack;
• Primarily backend-focused (80%+ backend development), but full-stack developers with strong backend expertise are welcome.
• Experience working with unit tests (PHPUnit).
• Experience working with large-scale systems and/or fintech environments is a big plus.
• Bonus points for experience with Vue.js.
• Someone fun, collaborative, and proactive - culture fit matters as much as technical skills!
• If you’re a gamer or have knowledge of the gaming industry, that’s a nice extra.
