Summary

Join a world-class team as an Azure Cloud Engineer, where you’ll design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructures using Microsoft Azure. You’ll lead cloud migration efforts, build hybrid connectivity solutions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to modernize enterprise systems and applications.

Location: Remote (Portugal)

Salary: €45k–€65k/year (Preference for B2B contracts)

 

​​​​​What You’ll Do

• Design and manage secure and scalable cloud setups using Microsoft Azure.

• Lead cloud migration projects from on-prem to Azure or hybrid environments.

• Set up and manage network connections between on-prem systems and Azure.

• Work with developers to connect cloud infrastructure with applications.

• Use tools like Terraform, Azure CLI, and ARM templates to automate infrastructure.

• Manage Kubernetes clusters (preferably AKS).

• Write automation scripts with PowerShell (Python is a plus).

• Set up backups and follow security best practices.

• Monitor systems using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

• Help improve cloud processes, write documentation, and support teammates.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in Azure cloud infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of Azure networking, storage, compute, and security.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, PowerShell, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration (AKS preferred).

• Background in systems administration and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).

• Good communication skills and a team player mindset.

• Eager to learn and stay updated on cloud trends.
