Location: Remote (Portugal)

Salary:  €45k-€60k/year 

 

What You’ll Do
 

• Design and build scalable, distributed ML systems that deliver high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate and deploy ML models into production environments.
• Engage with various business units to understand and address their ML needs.
• Optimize the ML pipeline, including feature extraction, transformation, and selection.
• Maintain and evolve the feature store to support reuse and consistency across projects.
• Ensure ML platform scalability, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly design.
• Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new tools and technologies in the ML ecosystem.

What You Bring
 

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering roles.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Hands-on experience with model training, monitoring, and versioning.
• Strong MLOps expertise: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, and model serving platforms like AWS SageMaker or MLflow.
• Experience managing feature stores and ensuring reusable, scalable ML workflows.
• A strong focus on performance, reliability, and continuous improvement in ML systems.
